Chennai, Chennai, Nov 2 (UNI) Several parts of Chennai city, suburbs and Northern districts received heavy rains since last night reviving the Northeast monsoon activity as the Cyclonic Storm "Murasu", intensified as a Severe Cyclonic Storm, inched closer to the Tamil Nadu coast, then move towards Andhra Pradesh and cross the coast early tomorrow.
Chennai, Nov 1 (UNI) As the second successive Cyclonic Storm named "Murasu'' has formed over the Bay, the Met office has forecast heavy to very heavy rains in Chennai and its neighbouring Northern districts for two days and has issued an Orange alert for tomorrow.
