Panchkula, Oct 21(UNI) Haryana Cabinet Minister Krishan Lal Panwar on Wednesday said the BJP would make Punjab drug-free if voted to power, and rejected the Congress''s criticism of the Haryana government’s performance, saying the opposition lacked substantive issues.
