Hyderabad, Nov 6 (UNI) The Telangana Tribal Federation (Telangana Girijana Samakhya) has welcomed the State government''s decision to repeal the 2003 Telangana SC/ST Commission Act and introduce a new 2026 Act providing for separate commissions for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, describing it as a historic step towards protecting the rights of tribal communities.
