Ranchi, Oct 30 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren and state Congress president Keshav Mahato Kamlesh on Friday left for New Delhi to participate in the INDIA bloc''s ‘Vote Bachao-Desh Bachao’ rally scheduled at Ramlila Maidan on November 1, with the Congress claiming that thousands of party workers from across the state were also heading to the national capital.
