Hyderabad, Sep 26 (UNI) More than 7,000 people visited the CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) here on Saturday as part of its annual Open Day, which provided students and the public an opportunity to explore scientific research and interact with scientists.

BannerjeeSiliguri, Sep 19 (UNI) union Minister for Food Processing Industries Chirag Paswan handed over appointment letters to 78 candidates at the Siliguri chapter of the 20th Rozgar Mela, in Siliguri today. The newly-appointed candidates will join various Central government departments and organisations, including the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), India Post, Indian Railways, CGST and the Income Tax Department. The event was organised by the CGST & Central Excise Department at Matigara.
