Mumbai, Oct 20 (UNI) US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Mumbai on Tuesday for an official visit to India, during which he will hold talks with External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on bilateral cooperation, including energy, trade, investment, defence and critical technologies.
