Chennai, Oct 3 (UNI) Shedding its ambuigity, the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) of Chief Minister Vijay has formally joined the Congress-led INDIA Bloc on Saturday and attended its meeting on Saturday (without DMK) which resolved to hold a massive demonstration in Chennai on October 15 to condemn the BJP-led government and for the removal of Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar over the Vote Chori row.
