Thunderstorm with lightning, strong surface winds likely in North Coastal AP in next 5 days: Met

Hyderabad, June 21 (UNI) Thunderstorms, accompanied by lightning and strong winds, are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam during the next five days, Meteorological Centre said here on Saturday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that strong winds with speeds of 40-50 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next five days.
Hot and humid conditions are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam during the next four days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places or at one or two places in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema during the next seven days.
Rains occurred at a few places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Rayalaseema, the report added.
