UP: Model accused in the death of businessman likely to surrender

Lucknow, Oct 18 (UNI) Model Shraddha Dubey, the main accused in the Shiva Sharma murder case in Lucknow, is set to surrender in the court soon.
Shraddha has filed an application for surrender in the district court on Saturday. She has been absconding for nine days. Ten police teams have been searching for Shraddha, her sister Rashmi, and driver Danish.
A reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced for each of the three, and a non-bailable warrant has also been issued.
Shraddha had been on the run since falling under suspicious circumstances from the fourth floor of millionaire businessman Shiva Sharma's Awadh Green apartment on October 9.
It is claimed that she traveled from Lucknow via Sitapur to Bahraich and then to Nepal. Police have been unable to pinpoint her exact location.
Sharddha , along with her sister and friend, has been eluding the police. She has been constantly changing her location in Nepal. Now, Shraddha herself has filed a surrender application in a Lucknow court. Questions are also being raised about her alleged white-collar and bureaucratic accomplices, although this has not been confirmed.
Meanwhile, while still absconding, Shraddha released three videos detailing the night of the incident. She said, "I haven't run away. Shiva committed suicide. I want to tell the truth." Two videos of Shiva have also surfaced, taken before his death. In the videos, a woman is seen threatening Shiva.
