The Four Superstar music programme held at Pune Festival

Pune, Sep 23 (UNI) A special music programme titled ‘The Four Superstars’, featuring popular Hindi film songs picturised on actors Dev Anand, Rajesh Khanna, Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor, was held at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha as part of the 38th Pune Festival.
The programme featured several popular songs from Hindi films, including ‘Johnny Mera Naam’, ‘Agar Tum Na Hote’, ‘O Saathi Re’, ‘Humne Tumko Dekha’, ‘Chhup Gaye Saare’, ‘Tere Chehre Se Nazar’, ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’, ‘Gaata Rahe Mera Dil’, ‘O Mere Dil Ke Chain’, ‘Chala Jaata Hoon’, ‘Dafliwale’, ‘Jeevan Ke Har Mod’, ‘Parda Hai Parda’, ‘Ek Haseena Thi’, ‘Pyaar Humein Kis Mod Pe’, ‘Jai Jai Shivshankar’, ‘O Mere Raja’, ‘Salaam-E-Ishq’, ‘Mere Sapnon Ki Rani’, ‘Zindagi Ek Safar’, ‘Yaari Hai Imaan’, ‘Don’, ‘Pardesia’ and ‘Dostana’.
The songs, associated with the four actors and different periods of Hindi cinema, brought back memories of popular film music and received a rousing response from the audience.
Pune Festival president Krishnakumar Goel felicitated the participating artistes during the programme.
Cultural programme chief coordinator Dr Satish Desai, trustee Mohan Tillu, Shrikant Kamble, Atul Gonjari and Sachin Adekar were among those present. UNI SP CDS

Congress raises transparency concerns over voter roll revision
