Hanuman Shobha Yatra passes off peacefully in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Apr 12 (UNI) The Hanuman Shobha Yatra, organised in Hyderabad on the occasion of Hanuman Vijayotsav, concluded peacefully amid tight security arrangements.

The grand procession began around 1130 hours from Sri Rama Mandir in Gowliguda and proceeded through Kothi and the Narayanaguda bypass, culminating at the Tadbund Hanuman Temple in Secunderabad.

Thousands of devotees participated in the 12-km-long yatra, which witnessed vibrant cultural displays and devotional fervour.

Elaborate security measures were in place, including the deployment of a large police force, installation of CCTV cameras, and drone surveillance to ensure a smooth and incident-free event.

Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand visited Sri Rama Mandir at Gowliguda and reviewed the security arrangements personally.
