Hyd: ICFAI Business School reaccredited by AACSB International

Hyderabad, May 9 (UNI) ICFAI Business School (IBS), Hyderabad on Friday said it has received the coveted reaccreditation from AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International).

AACSB has 1,051 accredited institutions in over 68 countries and territories.

Only 24 schools in India are accredited by the AACSB. Which means at the global level, AACSB has 1,051 accredited institutions (6%) in over 68 countries and territories.
In India only 24 schools ( 0.4%) have this unique distinction.
On this remarkable achievement Prof. K S Venu Gopal Rao, Director, ICFAI Business School Hyderabad said “IBS has successfully received an extension of its AACSB accreditation for a period of six years after a positive recommendation from the Peer Review Team and ratification by the AACSB Board of Directors.
The AACSB Peer Review Team visited IBS Hyderabad and assessed the school on nine distinct standards.
IBS Hyderabad received the initial accreditation in March 2020.
The extension of the accreditation is a clear indication of the strength of the academic processes, the commitment to deliver quality in all its management programs and drive societal impact by integrating sustainability principles into the curriculum, faculty research and community engagement, he said.
This significant milestone reflects the hard work, efforts, and commitment to academic and professional excellence of the entire IBS community in teaching, research and service, he added .
