Maharashtra minister seeks report on recruitment in aided tribal ashram schools

Mumbai, Mar 18 (UNI) Maharashtra Adivasi Development Minister Ashok Uikey on Tuesday directed officials to conduct a detailed inspection and submit a report in connection with the start of job recruitment in the state's subsidised tribal ashram schools.
Regarding the problems of the subsidised tribal ashram schools, their administrators met Uikey and discussed them.
The subsidy to the tribal ashram schools should be given according to the number of students, said the minister
Recruitment of teachers in these schools should be resumed, while the grants should be given in phases but in time, the administrators said T
Uikey said the Tribal Development Department and the subsidised ashram schools are a family. Both of them should take the initiative to solve the problems together. UNI VKB SSP
