Rungta Eco Extrusions launches 17,280 MT factory for production of food-grade rPET granules

Kolkata, Mar 6 (UNI) Rungta Eco Extrusions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rungta Greentech Ltd, has launched its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Howrah, marking a significant step towards sustainability in the plastics sector.
The new plant, set to be fully operational by the end of March 2025, is poised to play a key role in revolutionizing the production of food-grade rPET granules.
“We are at the forefront of the circular economy, offering sustainable solutions that not only address the global plastic waste crisis but also help industries adopt eco-friendly practices,” company Managing Director Deepak Rungta said on Thursday.
