Giriraj slams Tej Pratap for forcing a cop to dance during Holi celebration

Patna, Mar 16 (UNI) Lambasting RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav for threatening a cop deployed in his duty to dance during Holi celebrations, Union Textile Minister Giriraj Singh said that it has exposed the mentality of the RJD leader.

Reacting to the incident on social media X on Sunday, Singh said that it seems that Yadav thinks that his mother, father, and brother are going to run the Government in Bihar. He said that under such a mentality Yadav threatened the Cop to dance to the tune of a song that he sang during the Holi celebrations.

Suggesting Yadav to forget this mentality, Singh said that the people have already rejected RJD chief Lalu Yadav's family.

Retorting sharply over the incident, Singh on social media X had written that such arrogance, bullying, and influence of nepotism shows that the RJD leaders consider even the uniform as their personal property.

Dubbing Yadav as the real successor of jungle raj of Lalu Prasad Yadav the BJP leader said that it appears that the law was helpless at their doorsteps.

A video of a Policeman complying with RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav's instructions to dance at a Holi celebration had gone viral after which the SSP of Patna Avkash Kumar suspended Deepak Kumar, bodyguard of Tej Pratap with immediate effect for dancing in his Holi celebration while on duty. Deepak had danced during the Holi celebration of Tej Pratap after he was asked by him to do so. When Deepak was reluctant to dance, Tej Pratap threatened him to get suspended following which he started dancing.
