Eastern Railway to run three Special trains to clear summer rush

Kolkata, Apr 11 (UNI) About 62,300 berths will be generated by running three summer special trains between Kolkata and Dibrugarh, Kolkata and Silchar, and Malda Town and SMVB Bengaluru to ease the rush during summer, Eastern Railway has announced.
The 05932 Dibrugarh - Kolkata summer special will leave Dibrugarh at 17:20 hrs. on every Saturday between April 12 and April 28 (12 trips) to reach Kolkata at 00:30 hrs on the 3rd day and the 05931 Kolkata- Dibrugarh summer special will leave Kolkata at 02:30 hrs. on every Monday between April 14 and April 30 (12 trips) to reach Dibrugarh at 06:30 hrs. on the next day.
The train will stop at 23 stations, including Naihati, Bandel, Nabadwip Dham, Katwa, Azimganj, Jangipur Road, New Farakka & Malda Town stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions en route. The train will have general second class, Sleeper Class, and Air-Conditioned accommodations.
The 05639 Silchar – Kolkata summer special will leave Silchar at 05:00 hrs. on every Thursday between April 10 and April 26 (12 trips) to reach Kolkata Station at 12:05 hrs on the next day and the 05640 Kolkata – Silchar summer special will leave Kolkata at 13:15 hrs. on every Friday between April 11 and April 27 (12 trips) to reach Silchar station at 23:50 hrs. on the next day.
The train will stop at 29 stations, including Naihati, Bandel, Nabadwip Dham, Katwa, Azimganj, Jangipur Road, New Farakka & Malda Town stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions en route. The train will have Sleeper Class and Air-Conditioned accommodations.
The 06565 SMVB Bengaluru -Malda Town summer special will leave SMVB Bengaluru at 23:40 hrs on every Sunday between April 13 and April 27 (03 trips) to reach Malda town at 16:30 hrs. on the 3rd day and the 06566 Malda Town - SMVB Bengaluru summer special will leave Malda Town at 16:00 hrs on every Wednesday between April 16 and April 30(03 trips) to reach SMVB Bengaluru at 12:45 hrs. on the 3rd day.
The train will stop at 28 stations including New Farakka, Rampurhat, Bolpur, Barddhaman & Dankuni stations over Eastern Railway jurisdiction in both directions enroute. The train will have Air-Conditioned accommodations.
