4 militants arrested in Manipur: Police

Imphal, Feb 18 (UNI) The Manipur police has arrested four cadres of different underground outfits and seized a large number of arms, ammunitions, and explosives from various areas of the strife-torn state within the last 24 hours, officials said here on Tuesday.
He said that security forces arrested one Lamkhogin Dimngel of Kangchup at Churachandpur district with 24 gm brown sugar, Rs 34 lakh and other documents.
In another incident security forces arrested one Manglemjao, Self Style Chairman of KCP (KK Nganba) and another active cadre identified as Manglemba from Langol Ningthou, Lamphel, Imphal West on Monday.

In another operation held at Kangpokpi district police recovered one Automatic Rifle , Mechanism Rifle, Barrel Bolt Action Rifle,32 Pistol .22 Pistol , Mortar (Pumpi), Mortar Bomb Handsets , sniper ammunition and other war like materials.
