HP Minister Vikramaditya Singh condemns UP BJP MLA’s divisive statement

Shimla, Mar 11 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh’s Public Works Department (PWD) Minister, Vikramaditya Singh on Tuesday dubbed as "unconstitutional, divisive, and against the core values of India" Uttar Pradesh BJP MLA Ketki Singh's remarks seeking a ban on entry of Muslims in medical colleges.
The BJP legislator had urged Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to ban the entry of Muslims into medical colleges or create a separate block for Hindus, sparking widespread outrage.
Vikramaditya Singh, who often identifies himself as a staunch Hindu, emphasised that such statements are harmful to the nation's social fabric.
