Andhra CM propounds 'Margadarsi' initiative to lower economic inequalities in society

Vijayawada, Apr 11 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Friday urged the 10 per cent wealthy section in society to come forward for uplifting the 20 per cent downtrodden sections, through the 'Margadarsi' initiative.
Reaffirming his commitment to stand by the poor till they are elevated, the Chief Minister said he is of the opinion that if the children selected to 'Bangaru Kutumbams' (golden families) are given necessary assistance they will become 'Margadarsi' (pioneers) in future. Chandrababu Naidu said he strongly believes that the economic imbalances in society should be reduced considerably.
The Chief Minister was participating in the birth anniversary of Jyothirao Phule at Agiripalli, near here.
