AP: CM emphasises formation of committee to resolve crisis in aquaculture

Vijayawada, Apr 7 (UNI) Observing that aquaculture sector is playing a very crucial role in the State Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu promised to take all possible measures to rescue the aqua farmers facing deep crisis due to the additional burden of fresh levies on them.

The Chief Minister held a review meeting at the State Secretariat in Amaravati near here on extending support to the aqua sector, which is facing losses due to the fresh tariffs imposed by the United States.
