Telangana Dy CM orders immediate withdrawal of cases against HCU students

Hyderabad, Apr 7 (UNI) Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu has directed police officials to immediately withdraw the cases registered against students of Hyderabad Central University (HCU).
The decision was taken during a meeting held at the Dr B R Ambedkar Secretariat on Monday, following discussions with Ministers Dudilla Sridhar Babu and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy—members of the sub-committee engaged with the HCU Teachers Association and civil society representatives.
Emphasising the need for swift action, the Deputy CM specifically instructed officials to initiate the withdrawal of cases against two students currently in judicial remand.
