IIM-B secures 100 pc placements, management consulting cos top recruiters

Bengaluru, Mar 13 (UNI) Management Consulting emerged as the top sector, accounting for 41% of total offers, as the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) successfully placed all 595 students from its two key programmes for the Class of 2023-25 in 176 firms, it said in a statement on Thursday.
The world's leading multinationals and top Indian firms from varied sectors participated in the premier institute's Lateral and Final Placement process for the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and the Post Graduate Programme in Business Analytics (PGPBA).
Professor Nishant Verma, Chairperson of Career Development Services at IIMB, stated, "Despite global job market challenges, our placement process was highly efficient. The number of offers and diversity of roles set a new benchmark, reflecting the institute’s strong industry collaborations."
