Telangana CM prioritises education, orders filling of 50 pc vacant lecturer posts: K Rao

Hyderabad, Apr 8 (UNI) Telangana Government Advisor K Kesava Rao stated that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's directive to fill 50 percent of the vacant lecturer posts in all universities across the state reflects his strong commitment to strengthening the education sector.
In a statement here on Tuesday, Kesava Rao praised the Chief Minister for his prompt response to issues across sectors, noting that he takes immediate and effective action whenever necessary.
He recalled that the issue of declining NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) grades, due to a severe shortage of teaching staff in universities, was recently brought to the Chief Minister’s attention.
