Kamathi to get separate DyCP office: Maha minister

Nagpur, Mar 15 (UNI) Maharashtra and District Guardian Minister Chandrasekhar Bawankule said on Saturday that as the Kamthi city is expanding and in order to give proper security and direction to this expansion, an up-to-date independent Deputy Commissioner of Police office will be set up there.
Speaking at a meeting organised in connection with Kamthi Metro Phase 2 expansion at District Planning Building in Sadar, he instructed to plan this office in a way so that all CCTV cameras in Kamathi will be connected with control room, war room, ACP office, police station, parking facility.
The new DCP's office will be constructed in the form of a ground floor-plus-two storey building.
