Mumbai, Mar 28 (UNI) Bombay High Court on Friday rejected the anticipatory bail of a former principal of an aided school in Chembur, suburban Mumbai, who is facing charges of misappropriation of foodgrains meant for the mid-day meal scheme during the pandemic crisis.
The court passed order on an anticipatory bail application moved by Radha Narayan, who served as the principal of Swami Vivekanand High School and Junior College in 2021.
Local Chunabhatti Police Station has registered a case of cheating and criminal breach of trust against Narayan .
