PM's popularity swells after operation Sindoor: BJP

Patna, May 17 (UNI) The BJP on Saturday said that the popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi had increased sharply after "operation Sindoor" as he was getting appreciations from all corners, including top opposition leaders.
Bihar BJP President Dilip Jaiswal, while addressing a function to mark joining of Rajesh Mishra, father of singer Swati Mishra, RJD leaders Harivansh Paswan, Vinod Yadav and others in his party, said popularity of Prime Minister Modi was increasing everyday after successful " operation Sindoor " launched by Indian armed forces to dismantle terrorist hideouts in Pakistan and also target airbases in the neighbouring country.
Modi was getting appreciations from all corner after operation and even a top opposition leader had openly recognised the dynamic leadership of PM during this difficult period, he added.
" Pakistan after being in denial mode for few days has now accepted that armed forces of India has damaged airbases there and also caused immense damage to military infrastructures ", BJP leader said adding that India had changed significantly under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Pakistan would not muster enough courage to carry out its sinister design as neighbouring country used to do earlier , he added.
" Strong reply from India in making attack by armed forces to dismantle terrorist hideouts is unprecedented and such operation was never seen during Congress regime even after a series of terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir and other parts of the country", Jaiswal said and added that armed forces also deserved congratulations from everyone for its display of rare valour during Indo-Pak conflict. The international community had also extended support to government of India during the operation Sindoor against Pakistan, he noted.
BJP leader while welcoming RJD leaders in his party said that they would be given ample opportunities to strengthen the organisation. BJP was committed to all sections of the society and its principle was an attraction for leaders of other parties who were now joining BJP accepting visionary leadership of PM Modi, he added.
