Tej Pratap fined for breaking traffic rules

Patna, Mar 16 (UNI) RJD MLA Tej Pratap Yadav has been fined for violating traffic rules while riding a vehicle in the VIP area of the state capital during Holi celebrations.
Official sources said here on Sunday that the traffic police have slapped a fine of Rs 4000 against Yadav and has issued a challan against him for not wearing a helmet while riding a scooter around the Chief Minister's residence in Patna.
The sources said that the insurance and pollution certificate of the scooter, he was riding had also lapsed.
A video had gone viral on social media in which Yadav along with a person was allegedly seen riding a scooter without wearing a helmet around the Chief Minister's residence during Holi festival.
