UBT Shiv Sena launches 'beating of drums' agitation to protest against water scarcity

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Apr 25 (UNI) As a part of the ongoing month-long 'Labadonno Paani Dya' (Liars Give Water) agitation by the Sena-Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray (UBT) Shiv Sena, the 'Dhol Bajao' (Beating of Drums) protest was held on Friday near the Jai Vishwabharati Colony water tank in the city on behalf party activists and office bearers.
The 'Labadanno Paani Dya' public protest has been started to solve the water problem of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar city.

The organisers informed that this symbolic protest was held with the aim of making the administration, which has been silent on the water scarcity issue, aware of the severity of the water shortage in the city.

A 10-year-old girl from the area, Swaraali Labde, participated in the protest. Swaraali herself attracted the attention of the area by playing the dhol. Swaraali became the main attraction of the entire area by playing the drums beautifully and in the traditional Marathi style, adding energy to the movement.
On this occasion, UBT Deputy District Chief Girijaram Halnore, City Chief Haribhau Hiwale, Deputy City Chief Rajendra Danve, Anil Lahane among several others were participated in the protest.
