Five key IPOs to hit Dalal Street, aim to raise Rs 2,600 crore

New Delhi, Oct 25 (UNI) India’s primary market is set for another busy week, with five companies preparing to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) between October 26 and October 29. The companies are collectively looking to raise nearly Rs 2,600 crore, offering investors opportunities across alternative investments, wastewater treatment, polymers, steel processing and jewellery retail.
The upcoming IPOs come on the heels of a strong month for the primary market, which witnessed the launch of Jio Platforms’ Rs 30,213-crore public issue, the country’s largest-ever IPO. So far in 2026, 104 companies have raised more than Rs 1.4 trillion through public offerings, indicating sustained fundraising activity despite volatility in the broader equity market.
The five companies entering the market next week are EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M K Sons Fine Jewels, BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels. Their offerings will cater to different investor segments, with proceeds intended for purposes such as debt repayment, working capital and business requirements, while some issues will provide an exit opportunity for existing shareholders.
Several more companies, including Gujarat Victory Forging, Milestone Gears, Avaada Electro, Swara Baby Products, Integris Medtech and AGS Health, are also preparing to enter the primary market. These companies are expected to announce their price bands and IPO launch schedules by November 5, ahead of the extended Diwali holiday period in Gujarat. The post-Diwali observance of Labh Pancham, scheduled from November 6 to 15, is expected to affect market operations and business activity.
EAAA India Alternatives, an alternative investment business backed by Edelweiss Financial Services, will open its Rs 1,200-crore IPO for subscription on October 26. The issue will close on October 28, with the price band set at Rs 1,585-1,665 per share. At the upper end of the band, the company will have a valuation of approximately Rs 10,765 crore.
The public offering consists entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) by the Edelweiss Group. Consequently, the company will not receive any funds from the issue, as the proceeds will go to the selling shareholders. Ahead of the IPO, EAAA India Alternatives has secured approximately Rs 360 crore from anchor investors.
Wastewater treatment solutions provider SFC Environmental Technologies will launch its Rs 668-crore IPO, which will close on October 29. The company has set a price band of Rs 313-330 per share, translating into a valuation of around Rs 3,233 crore at the upper end.
The issue includes a fresh share sale worth Rs 150 crore, alongside an offer for sale of up to 1.57 crore shares by promoters and existing shareholders. The company plans to utilise the proceeds from the fresh issue towards debt repayment and working capital requirements.
M K Sons Fine Jewels Ltd will open its Rs 275.4-crore public offering on October 28, with the subscription window closing on October 30. The company has fixed the price band at ₹153-162 per share.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 1.36 crore equity shares and an OFS of 34 lakh shares by promoter and selling shareholder Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani. The offering will provide the jewellery company with an opportunity to raise fresh capital while enabling the promoter to sell part of his stake.
BLS Polymers Ltd will launch its Rs 255-crore IPO on October 27, with bidding closing on October 29. The company has set a price band of Rs 142-150 per share.
The issue will comprise a fresh offering of 1.7 crore equity shares. Unlike an OFS, a fresh issue brings capital into the company, which can be deployed in line with its stated objectives.
Bombay Coated and Special Steels Ltd will open its Rs 183.1-crore IPO on October 29. The issue will remain open until November 2, with the price band fixed at Rs 78-82 per share.
The offering will add another steel-sector company to the list of businesses tapping the primary market this month, as issuers look to raise capital amid continued investor participation in public issues.
With these five offerings, the IPO market is set to maintain its momentum into the final days of October. The performance of the issues will also offer an indication of investor appetite for new listings across a diverse range of industries.UNI VK AAB
