Himachal Secretariat put on high alert amid security threats

Shimla, June 1 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Secretariat has been placed on high alert following fresh security threats received in recent days.
In response, the state government has issued a directive to tighten entry procedures for visitors, citing the need to ensure the safety of one of the state's most crucial administrative offices.
According to the notification issued by the Special Secretary (Secretariat Administration), all visitors to the Secretariat must now obtain a formal entry pass prior to entering the premises. The move comes in light of recent threats and aims to streamline security arrangements around the complex.
