Jagga Reddy welcomes ‘RaGa for India’ padayatra in Sangareddy

Sangareddy, Sep 17 (UNI) TPCC Working President T Jayaprakash Reddy (Jagga Reddy) on Thursday welcomed social activist Katuri Venkateswarlu’s ‘RaGa for India’ padayatra upon its arrival in Sangareddy.
The march is being undertaken from Kanyakumari to Kashmir in support of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. A recent report also said the padayatra was aimed at taking Mr Gandhi’s ideas and vision to people across the country.
According to Mr Jagga Reddy, the foot march covers around 4,500 km and seeks to highlight the sacrifices made by Rahul Gandhi’s family and advocate his becoming Prime Minister.
He said many people across the country wanted to see Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister and added that, after completion of the march, he would facilitate a meeting between Mr Venkateswarlu and Rahul Gandhi.
