Kubbra Sait completes first via ferrata climb during period, urges people to embrace challenges

Mumbai, October 7 (UNI) Kubbra Sait has opened up about completing her first via ferrata climb while on her period, saying the experience made her rethink how people approach discomfort, fear and physical limitations.
Sait, who has been seen in web series like "Sacred Games" and "Farzi", while sharing pictures of the climb, said that this experience was physically challenging, but during this time she also realised the amazing capability of the human body and its power to adapt according to the circumstances.
Sharing the video, the actress penned in the caption, “I did my first ever Via Ferrata Summit while on my period. Big deal? Maybe. Maybe not. But sometimes I’m just so freaking grateful for this body. For how beautifully it reacts, changes, adapts and somehow says, okay boss, we’re doing this now. Nobody likes adversity.”
The "Sacred Games" actress said that voluntarily choosing difficult paths strengthens a person mentally and emotionally. Challenges can arise at any time in life, and facing difficult experiences better prepares a person for future uncertainties.
Sait also shared that her 69-year-old mountain guide has been climbing for four decades. Several young children have also completed the route. This has made her realise that sometimes our fears are greater than the actual challenge.
The 43-year-old actress encouraged people to embrace challenges rather than run from them, saying, "Climb the mountains, trust your own steps, and do the difficult things. It's possible that along this path, a person may discover a side of their personality that they were previously unaware of." UNI NST CDS
