Maha: CM’s wife Amruta Fadnavis releases her new Gujarati song at Garba event in Mumbai

Mumbai, Oct 17 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister’s wife Amfuta Fadnavis released her new Gujarati Garba song, titled ‘Don’t Stop Maari Mahisagar’, at a gala Navratri event organised by BJP MLA Pravin Darekar’s Raygad Pratishthan in Borivali, Mumbai.
‘Don't Stop Mari Mahisagar’ is a modern, high-energy fusion of the traditional Gujarati folk song ‘Mari Mahisagar Ne Mor’, which Amruta Fadnavis sang in collaboration with IP Singh from the band called Faridkot. She even danced together with BJP MLA Pravin Darekar on stage, to the beats of the song.
MLA Darekar praised her performance, and mentioned that the song sung by Amruta Fadnavis was an absolute hit at the festival and that her presence completely transformed the atmosphere at the event.
Meanwhile, videos of the event attended by Amruta Fadnavis have gone viral on social media and attracted political attention.
Amruta Fadnavis has released several songs earlier and is known to be a stage performer.
Amruta Fadnavis has given a new twist to the famous Gujarati song ‘Don’t Stop Maari Mahisagar’, and has earned praises for her dancing skills.
Her garba steps are known to be both glamorous as well as traditional, and the high-voltage beat of the song have taken social media by storm.
The video of the event has already crossed millions of views on social media platforms, and the new Amruta Fadnavis' Garba avatar is being discussed widely even in political circles.
