Maha district treasury office launches one-stop digital portal for govt stakeholders

Latur (Maharashtra), June 20 (UNI) The Latur district treasury office in Maharashtra has launched a comprehensive blog (https://laturtreasuryoffice.blogspot.com) to streamline information access for government departments, pensioners, and financial officers.
District treasury officer Dr Ujwala Patil announced on Friday that the digital initiative will provide convenient remote access to treasury-related services and updates.
Conceptualized by Dr Patil, the platform was developed by sub-treasury officer (computer) RD Mane under the guidance of additional treasury officer (computer) KN Khoje.
The blog consolidates critical resources, including DDO notifications, pension processing details, bill portals (GRASS, BEAMS), digital payment systems (e-Kuber, SBI CMP Fast Plus), and employee services (Payroll, Online CR).
Key sections cover compliance resources such as government decisions, accountant general Nagpur updates, GeM portal, and citizens charter. Specialized tools including a GIS calculator, income tax information, and e-postal links are also integrated.
Training materials and office circulars are accessible under dedicated tabs like 'Computer Training' and 'Office Orders/Circulars'.
The treasury office has formally appealed to all heads of departments, drawing and disbursing officers, pensioners, and family pensioners across the district to utilize the platform and submit feedback for continuous improvement.
This initiative aims to eliminate physical visits for routine information retrieval, marking a significant step toward digital governance in Latur's financial administration.
