Maha: Microsoft official stresses on use of technology to make work easier

Mumbai, May 5 (UNI) To make administrative work easier, dynamic and efficient, it is necessary to make effective use of modern information technology, asserted Microsoft official Mandar Kulkarni on Monday.
Speaking on topic ‘How to do government work effectively’ at the Ministry on occasion of the Tech-Wari programme, he said it is possible to create files through digital tools like Google, Docs, save them safely and send them directly through email.
Due to this, the exchange of documents becomes faster and saves time.
Administrative work can be made easier by using digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot, which is an AI-powered digital assistant, designed to help with various office tasks.
Underlining the increasing importance of cyber security in the digital age, Kulkarni said that regular backups and use of reliable antivirus are essential to keep personal information, government documents or office data safe.
He also said that officers and employees should make maximum use of modern technology in their
administrative work.
