Figaro expands multipurpose olive oil range with new pack sizes

Mumbai, Oct 23 (UNI) Figaro Multipurpose Olive Oil, part of Deoleo, the world’s leading olive oil company, has expanded its product range with new packaging formats aimed at offering consumers greater choice and convenience.
The expanded range includes new 250 ml and 500 ml PET bottles, alongside refreshed 45 ml and 100 ml packs, catering to different consumption patterns and household requirements.
The company said the new formats were designed to make the product accessible to consumers with varying usage needs, from those seeking smaller quantities to households with higher consumption.
Figaro, which has been present in Indian households for more than four decades, is building on its established brand recognition through the expanded portfolio. The packaging retains the brand’s distinctive visual identity, including its logo, olive and oil-drop graphics, and the “Jaitoon Ka Tel” label.
The bottles feature an ergonomic design and flip-top caps intended to improve handling and ease of use.
Satarupa Majumdar, Director, Marketing and Innovation for India at Deoleo, said the new formats reflected the company’s focus on responding to evolving consumer needs and purchasing habits.
The expanded range would enable households to choose pack sizes suited to their requirements while retaining the quality and brand trust associated with Figaro, she said.
The new formats will be available through the company’s distribution network, including general trade outlets, modern retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
Established in 1919, Figaro offers olive oil variants including Pure, Extra Virgin and Extra Light. Its parent company, Deoleo, operates across more than 68 countries and has a portfolio of brands spanning oils, olives, sauces and vinegars.
Figaro olive oil is produced in Spain and repackaged in India under quality control systems, according to the company.
