Kusha Kapila to make Instagram debut with ‘Likhe Jo Khat Tujhe’

Mumbai, Sep 30 (UNI) A letter sent to the wrong woman becomes the beginning of an unlikely friendship in "Likhe Jo Khat Tujhe", Kusha Kapila’s first long-form Instagram series, in which she shares the screen with Sheeba Chaddha.
The 14-episode series tells the story of two women whose lives get connected through an unexpected correspondence. In the story, one woman sends a letter to her old friend, but it is mistakenly delivered to another woman living in the same house. The correspondence that begins between the two gradually turns into an emotional bond and they face the problems of their lives and the past with each other's support.
Kapila plays Anisha, a young woman from Mumbai going through emotional turmoil after a broken relationship, while Chaddha plays Charu, a widow living in Lucknow.
"Likhe Jo Khat Tujhe" is written and created by Namrata Wadhwani and directed by Rashi Priya Nahata. It is produced by Tulsiya and Versis Entertainment. Moonwalk Motion Pictures is the executive producer. Airbnb is associated as the location partner.
Kapila said working on the series was a special experience for her and that it was an important step in long-form storytelling on Instagram. She described working with Chaddha as a learning experience. She said it's the story of two women who find support in the turmoil of their lives and embark on a journey of self-discovery through an unexpected relationship. UNI NST CDS
