Haryana Police takes suo moto action after car rams woman biker in Gurugram

Panchkula, Sep 14 (UNI) Haryana Police has taken suo motu cognisance of a viral social media video showing a car driver allegedly ramming into a woman riding a motorcycle on Golf Course Road in Gurugram on Sunday and fleeing the spot.
The woman biker was thrown off her motorcycle after the car hit her, while the two-wheeler was sent sliding several metres along the road before coming to a halt. The collision was captured on an action camera mounted on the motorcycle, and the footage, posted online by the rider, has since gone viral.
The car driver allegedly sped away without stopping after the collision.Police will analyse the video footage to identify and trace the driver and the vehicle involved, officials said.
