BJP announces candidates for six UP Legislative Council biennial poll seats

Lucknow, Sep29 (UNI) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced its candidates for six seats in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council's Graduate and Teacher constituencies for the biennial elections on Tuesday.
The party has finalised candidates for three Graduate and three Teacher constituencies. Kedarnath Singh has been renominated from the Varanasi Graduate constituency, while Dhruv Tripathi has been renominated from the Gorakhpur-Faizabad Teacher constituency.
According to the list released by the party's central office, Kedarnath Singh has been nominated from the Varanasi Graduate constituency, Dinesh Goyal from the Meerut Graduate constituency and Ashok Kumar Rathore from the Allahabad-Jhansi Graduate constituency.

Four held for Rs 5 75 lakh cyber fraud through APK file

Panchkula, Oct 4 (UNI) Haryana Police have arrested four men from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand in connection with an alleged cyber fraud in which a Faridabad resident lost Rs 5.75 lakh after his mobile phone was allegedly hacked through an APK file sent on WhatsApp, a police official said on Sunday.

Haryana asks govt-aided colleges to register with NDLI
