Thunderstorm with lightning and strong winds likely in Telangana in next 5 days

Hyderabad, June 24 (UNI) Thunderstorm accompanied by lightning and strong surface wind speeds of upto 30- 40 kmph is likely to prevail at isolated places in all districts of Telangana during the next five days, the Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.
In a daily weather report here, it said that light to moderate rain or thundershowers is likely to occur at a few places or at isolated places over the state during the next seven days.
The Southwest Monsoon has been normal over Telangana.
The report added that heavy rainfall occurred at isolated places in Kumaram Bheem district of Telangana during the last 24 hours, with rain reported at a few locations across the state during the same period.
