Shinde Sena leader questions police inaction in alleged fake firing case, seeks Fadnavis' clarification

Pune, Oct 30 (UNI) Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) leader Ravindra Dhabgekar has questioned the police administration's handling of the alleged fake firing and attack conspiracy involving Pune shipping businessman Rana Suryavanshi, demanding to know why an official case has not been registered against him.
In a post on X, Dhabgekar alleged that Suryavanshi had misled the police through different accounts despite allegedly orchestrating a fake attack on himself.
He questioned why the state Home Department was remaining silent and why no action had been taken against him so far.
Addressing Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Dhabgekar sought an explanation about the alleged influential individuals protecting Suryavanshi.
He also questioned whether Suryavanshi had direct financial and political connections with influential people and why he appeared to have become a challenge for the Home Department.
Dhabgekar further questioned who was allegedly preventing Pune Police from acting independently and demanded a detailed clarification from the government before the public.
His post raises questions about the police investigation and the alleged delay in registering a formal case.
