Sanjay Raut fires broadside at Chief Election Commissioner

Mumbai, Sep 24 (UNI) Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut launched a scathing attack on Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, branding him a constitutional "mafia" and accusing the poll body of operating as a "slaughterhouse of democracy".
Highlighting internal dissent within the poll panel, Raut pointed out that two election commissioners had raised formal objections to arbitrary decisions and data deletions during special revision processes.
Escalating his rhetoric, Raut drew sharp comparisons linking the CEC's actions directly to the directives of union Home Minister Amit Shah, demanding immediate resignations and accountability.
Claiming that elections in states like Maharashtra, Bihar, and West Bengal were compromised, Raut urged opposition parties to take to the streets and challenge the institutional manipulation.
