Central railway main line services recover after signal failures; Three track deaths reported

Mumbai, Oct 27 (UNI) Central Railway’s suburban services were gradually returning to normal on Tuesday following signalling failures at two locations on the Main Line on Monday, which disrupted train operations and caused severe inconvenience to commuters.
