PM not concerned about people of Bihar: Jan Suraaj

Patna, May 28 (UNI) Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor on Wednesday said Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not at all concerned about the people of Bihar, and so he has not fulfilled his promise for a special package to the state.
During his "Badlao Yatra" in Siwan, Kishor said Prime Minister Modi had promised to give a special package of Rs 1.25 lakh crores to Bihar in a rally in Ara during the 2015 state assembly elections. Not a single penny had been given to Bihar by the Centre so far, as Modi had forgotten all his promises made to the state, he added.
"Modi is concerned only about his home state Gujarat as a number of big projects like Bullet train, gift city and solar plant has been given to the state while Bihar has been made a state of labourers", the Jan Suraaj leader said.
He demanded the PM tell the people of Bihar when factories would be set up in the state, and the closed sugar factories would be opened.
"Gujarat has been gifted Bullet train while Bihar needs a train for labourers as the state has no factories or other activities which could create jobs for youths ", Kishor said, but warned that the people of Bihar could not be befooled any more.
In the next assembly elections, the people of Bihar would give befitting reply to PM Modi for his betrayal, he remarked. UNI KKS SSP
