Bhopal, June 3 (UNI) Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and former Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed the Madhya Pradesh Congress Legislature Party meeting on Tuesday during his day-long visit to Bhopal. Gandhi offered guidance to the MLAs at the meeting held at the state Congress office.
MP Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary, state President Jitu Patwari, and Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Umang Singhar were present during the meeting.
Singhar took to social media to share details of the meeting, stating that Gandhi addressed the Congress Legislature Party meeting as part of the Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan.
The Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan is a comprehensive organisational restructuring programme initiated by the All India Congress Committee, aimed at strengthening the party from the booth to the state level.
During the visit, Gandhi also addressed a meeting of the party's Political Affairs Committee, discussing the organisational expansion plans of the Congress in Madhya Pradesh.
