Rajasthan civic bodies repoll results: Congress wins in 6 of 9 wards, BJP gets 3

Jaipur, Sep 17 (UNI) The opposition Congress today won 6 of 9 seats in the 4 civic bodies, including three municipal corporations in Rajasthan, where the results of the last week's municipal elections were withheld to facilitate repolling in 10 wards yesterday.
The repolling was ordered in 5 polling booths of four wards of the Jaipur Municipal Corporation, in one each booth in 3 wards of Kota Municipal Corporation and one polling booth each in the Jodhpur Municipal Corporation and the Suket Municipality of Kota district following snags in technical hiccups in EVMs during polling in municipal elections on September 9 and 11.
The grand old party has won all 4 seats of the Jaipur Municipal Corporation in the repoll yesterday, the results were out today after counting of the votes.
