Srinagar, Sept 28 (UNI)10 amendments, including five moved by legislators of the ruling National Conference, have been submitted to the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly resolution seeking the immediate and urgent restoration of full statehood to the union territory, with several legislators seeking to bring references to Article 370, Article 35A, and autonomy into the proposed resolution.

Srinagar, Sep 25 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma on Friday strongly opposed the resolution on restoration of statehood moved by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in the Legislative Assembly, questioning the inclusion of a reference to the erstwhile Assembly''s 2000 autonomy resolution.
