Adivi Sesh joins Hyderabad Police initiative on women’s safety and workplace equality

Mumbai, Sep 29 (UNI) Actor Adivi Sesh has joined hands with Hyderabad Police to highlight the importance of women’s safety and promote the need for more inclusive and secure workplaces.
Sesh said that women's safety remains a matter of concern and requires constant awareness and collective responsibility. He said that people with influence and recognition should use their platform to spread awareness on important issues like women's safety.
He said that a safe and equal environment for women begins with everyday behaviour. Small things like who is heard in the workplace, whose opinions are valued, who gets opportunities to advance, and who is included in important discussions all impact the workplace environment.
The 40-year-old actor said that it is not enough to support equality; it is also important to help women progress, guide them, give them leadership opportunities, and raise a voice against discriminatory behaviour.
By partnering with the Hyderabad Police, the actor is striving to increase dialogue and awareness about women's safety. He believes that creating a safe environment requires everyone to adopt more conscious and respectful behaviour, and be prepared to take appropriate action when necessary.
