Mahapanchayat called over alleged objectionable remarks on Hindu religion & Jats; none can create rift in 36 communities: Solanki

New Delhi, Sept 25 (UNI) Taking cognizance of the recent alleged controversial remarks in a viral audio clip, by Tatesar village's Sunil Kumar, regarding Hindu religion and Jats, and the resulting tension, Palam 360 Khap led by Chaudhary Surendra Solanki has called for a Mahapanchayat on Sunday, to discuss the issue thoroughly.
According to Solanki, maintaining strong bond between the society and the 36 communities across Delhi's villages is very important. Preventing anyone from giving political colour to such incidents is also crucial to maintain harmony.
Solanki alleged that some politicians tried to politicize the matter, and raise the issue differently, despite Sunil himself having apologized for his alleged remarks. "Several people attempted to do dirty and divisive politics over the issue, but they will never succeed," Solanki added.
The Mahapanchayat will be held at Kanjhawala Village, Outer Delhi, on Sunday morning, with people coming from 360 villages of the national capital, belonging to 36 communities. Solanki stated that it is Palam 360 Khap's resolve not to allow anyone to create any kind of differences between people of the 36 communities and the entire rural belt.
"People of Delhi Dehat have always stood together, and will continue to do so, while no negative mindset or individual can create a divide," he added. He said that all the communities are equally important, and brotherhood amongst them has always been the strength of Delhi's entire rural belt. UNI APS CDS
