Govt committed to success of cataract-free Maha Mission: Fadnavis

Mumbai, Apr 20 (UNI) The state government is committed to making the Cataract-Free Maharashtra Mission a success to prevent blindness due to cataracts among the elderly, said Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday.
Keeping the health of citizens on top priority, various schemes related to the health of the citizens have been launched by the government.
Accordingly, the Cataract-Free Maharashtra Mission has been running since 2017 to address blindness due to cataracts and its solutions. This mission undertaken by the government has been newly started in 2018.
